Meeting Notes from July 10, 2025
The meeting was opened by President Scott Bailey at 7 pm. John Baciocco led the Pledge of Allegiance and Bill Hutto gave the Invocation.

Secretary Jim Padgett introduced visitors.
President Scott announced that the July 24th meeting will be Club Assembly. If you have something that you would like to discuss at the meeting, contact President Scott and let him know what you want to discuss.
Jason Brinitzer is planning the 5th Thursday of July as an offsite meeting.
President Scott thanked Cathy and Len Hundshamer for putting Paul Harris Fellow stickers on our name badges.
John Baciocco talked about the Oktoberfest coming up on Sunday, October 26 from 3 pm to 7 pm. We need all members to volunteer to make this event as successful as possible as it is our major fund-raiser. We are partnering with Folsom Lake Rotary and Folsom Rotary Annes.
President Scott thanked all who worked in the Fireworks Booth. He showed slides of the twister that hit the Fireworks Stand, how many people worked in the booth, and the financial sales results.
Assistant District Governor Ryan Jantzen presented a Paul Harris +1 pin to Paula Bennett.
Jim Ortega levied fines.
President Scott thanked Brian and his kitchen crew for a fantastic dinner served at the meeting.
Bill Hutto introduced our speaker, Alex East. Alex's presentation was titled "Cybersecurity for Seniors". Alex talked about general cybersecurity issues including how to avoid becoming a victim and 'I've fallen for a scam, what do I do?" He has written three books including a book titled Cybersecurity for Seniors Made Easy: Simple Steps to Protect Your Identity, Avoid Money Scams, and Enjoy Peace of Mind Every Time You Go Online.
President Scott presented a box of chocolates from Snook's that includes a chocolate Rotary Wheel to Alex.
