Past President Ryan Jantzen opened the meeting by leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Bob Mange gave the Invocation.

 

Secretary Jim Padgett introduced our only guest, Jason Reid. Jim thanked Jason for bringing his dad, Don, to so many of our meetings.

 

Ryan advised everyone to be at the Community Center for President Justin Raithel's demotion about 6 pm. Justin is expected to arrive about 6:30.

 

Fireworks sales begin on Friday, June 28. As of the meeting, there were still 10 shifts that need to be filled. If you can take a shift, please sign up at Fireworks Booth. Fireworks were delivered yesterday and here are most of the crew who inventoried them and put them in the container.

 

 

The Folsom Rodeo Beer Booth also needs some open shifts filled, particularly on the 4th and the 5th. Contact Bill Hutto if you can take a shift.

 

Remember, our club is sponsoring the bands at Palladio on Friday evenings. Support our club by going and listening to some of the bands.

John Baciocco introduced our speaker, Marissa Han, Engagement Specialist at The Alliance. Melissa talked about the Alliance organization and how they are helping families and children. Stated on their website. THE ALLIANCE is a network of agencies, nonprofits, community members, businesses and churches working together to protect kids and strengthen families.

 

Ryan presented a chocolate Rotary Wheel to Marissa for her presentation.
